Blog commenting!

This Term we have a buddy class at Blaketown school in Greymouth. We have to learn to make quality blog comments so we can send the quality blog comments to our blog buddy's for each week. This week I got Jai T as my blog buddy and I have already sent him a comment for his work (Jai's blog). A quality blog comment has to have something positive, something thoughtful, and something helpful (and maybe a question). But today we had to get a comment that we had sent to someone and we had to make it even better! The comment I chose was the one that I had sent to Jai.

Kia Ora Jai! I am Hunter, your blogging buddy for this week from Room 1, WBS. I liked the way that you told me what you are going to work on for this week. Did you know that we don’t have to do homework? Maybe next time, you could put in a bit more information in such as WHY you want to finish your homework.

Introduction to Blaketown School

This week we have been making introduction slides for our buddy class in greymouth. The school is called Blaketown school, and our buddy class is room 4. They have made introduction slides for us so we have made some for them. The reason we are doing this is to get to know each other and so they know our names. we are doing this thing called Tuhi mai Tuhi atu (translation: I write to you, you write to me) with Blaketown school.
